Archaeological Museum of Ancient Corinth

The Archaeological Museum of Ancient Corinth is a museum in Ancient Corinth, Greece which houses a large collection of artefacts from the local archaeological site and the general area of Corinth. The artefacts cover the history of Ancient Corinth through Greek, Roman and Byzantine rule. Exhibits include statues, mosaics, pottery and sarcophagi.

The museum is organised by the following themes:

  • Prehistoric pottery, figurines, and tools
  • Geometric, Archaic, and Classical periods
  • Roman statues of rulers, floor mosaics, wall paintings
  • Roman and Byzantine pottery
  • Votives from the Asklepieion at Ancient Corinth.
