Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory – Virtual Tour

The Louisville Slugger Museum showcases the story of Louisville Slugger baseball bats in baseball and American history. The factory tour is an overview of the manufacturing facility where the famous Louisville Slugger bats are made.

The legend started when the Louisville Eclipse star Pete Browning got three hits with the Louisville Slugger bat back in 1884. Since then, the Louisville Slugger baseball bats have played a significant role in the sport’s history.

Along with the bat factory tour, the museum’s exhibition galleries are filled with baseball memorabilia and interactive exhibits.

The exhibits and story of the famous bats start from the forests and mills where every Louisville Slugger bat begins. The exhibitions then cover the essential steps in the bat-making process and tell the story of this American icon.

The museum’s collection also travels around America with a pop-up version that often includes old-time bat making demonstrations, a selection of famous bats for exhibition, together with team-specific displays.
